Richmond plaza provides 24/7 security and 100% power backup in times of power failure . Telcommunication is exclusively by PLDT.  Building uses centralized airconditioning system from 8am to 5pm  .  Building charges P320 per hour of aircon extension outside of office hours.  As of 2013, association dues is P100/sqm regardless of the office hours
